I’ll get the full disclosure out of the way first: I REALLY, don’t like dogs. So when Maryland appeals court judges ruled that pit bulls are, by nature, dangerous and that their owners should be held liable for any attacks they might make on humans or other critters, my reaction was basically this: And the problem would be what, exactly?
So now black folks are mad at Maryland Delegate Patrick McDonough? I don’t know why I’m surprised. In recent years black folks have developed a habit of getting mad at anyone who is white, male and Republican.
McDonough, whose district comprises parts of eastern Baltimore County and Harford County, is all of those.
