Inspiration is everywhere— from daily scriptures to street art that you pass on your way to work. A lot of times you see, hear or feel something that will trigger passion and motivate you to keep going.
With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to get distracted and become fully immersed in the negative aspects that are taking place. As we think about what is happening in the present world, we could rack our minds with all the injustices, natural disasters and tragedies that are happening. Doing so can put us in a pessimistic downward spiral.
One thing that I continually have to remind myself of each and everyday is to never lose sight of my childlike happiness. The way we live our lives has naturally turned us into an objective orientated society full of responsibilities, deadlines, goals and tasks. Because of these goal-oriented habits, many of us simply fail or have simply forgotten how to be happy.
The things that mean the most usually take the least time, 10 minutes to meditate, saying thank you, smiling at stranger or going for a walk. There are just a few examples of things that are really important to the well being of the mind often referred to as practicing "Mindfulness."
Life can be extremely trying at times. There are numerous ups and downs and a lot of the time and you never really know how the situation will turn out.
“Love the Life You Live, Live the Life You Love” is a quote by Bob Marley that means more to me today than it ever has.
Something as simple as believing in yourself can have a profound impact on the rest of your life. There is so much untapped opportunity out there and sometimes you may feel it’s out of your reach, but all you have to do is chose to make a difference.
Humans consistently search for achievement and steadily crave progress to reach a peak mentally, of what I like to call happiness and fulfillment— the highest of high.
Have you ever wondered what separates successful people from unsuccessful people? Why do some people accomplish their goals while others fail?
Remember that it’s okay to take care of your mental wellbeing and put yourself first!

I can’t express enough the importance of using your words wisely. Your words have the power to either create positive change or to be extremely damaging. Think before you speak and if you have nothing of substance to say it’s probably better to keep your thoughts to yourself. How will you use your words?

Be Conscious of Your Circle
It’s easy to forget how much influence people have on us throughout our life. Think about it— we have family, friends, co-workers and even people we may briefly pass in the hallway, all of whom could be our greatest asset or our greatest inhibitor to you reaching our highest self.
"There isn’t a single human being alive who doesn’t want to be happy. Humans are constantly chasing this emotional state, and if true, then why do so many of us have a hard time attaining it? The truth is, the brain was not designed to make us feel happy all the time it was designed for survival. Scientists have been studying if it’s possible to significantly change the human brain’s way of thinking."
When things don’t tend to go your way you are ultimately left with two options: give up and throw in the towel or lift your head up and overcome.
