Inspiration is everywhere— from daily scriptures to street art that you pass on your way to work. A lot of times you see, hear or feel something that will trigger passion and motivate you to keep going.
Energy is the amount of effort you are capable of giving and the power you have within your mind and body to fulfill your priorities. Every second of your day is valuable and every moment you have should be distributed into anything that helps the greater good and most importantly helps you fulfill your purpose and your destiny. Be cognizant of the physical and mental strength you have to do what your mind and body wants you to do.
With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to get distracted and become fully immersed in the negative aspects that are taking place. As we think about what is happening in the present world, we could rack our minds with all the injustices, natural disasters and tragedies that are happening. Doing so can put us in a pessimistic downward spiral.
One thing that I continually have to remind myself of each and everyday is to never lose sight of my childlike happiness. The way we live our lives has naturally turned us into an objective orientated society full of responsibilities, deadlines, goals and tasks. Because of these goal-oriented habits, many of us simply fail or have simply forgotten how to be happy.
I am the master of my fate and the captain of my soul means that I solely have control over determining my feelings and my destiny despite the circumstance.
The things that mean the most usually take the least time, 10 minutes to meditate, saying thank you, smiling at stranger or going for a walk. There are just a few examples of things that are really important to the well being of the mind often referred to as practicing "Mindfulness."
Remember, you become what you think about all day long. You wake up with it, you walk around with it, you go to work with it and you go to sleep with it— eventually you are going to act on it, good (positive thoughts) or bad (negative thoughts).
"No matter where we go, we consistently challenge ourselves and others to live a healthy, purposeful and positive lifestyle. Aim to have the goal of leaving whatever space you enter more loved, motivated, inspired and passionate."
Life can be extremely trying at times. There are numerous ups and downs and a lot of the time and you never really know how the situation will turn out.

Something as simple as believing in yourself can have a profound impact on the rest of your life. There is so much untapped opportunity out there and sometimes you may feel it’s out of your reach, but all you have to do is chose to make a difference.
Humans consistently search for achievement and steadily crave progress to reach a peak mentally, of what I like to call happiness and fulfillment— the highest of high.
Whether it’s your career, mate, lifestyle, or finances having a strong belief that what you want will manifest is the most important step toward conquering your goals. When you don’t believe it’s impossible but when you believe you can achieve.
Life is an up and down rollercoaster but does it have to be? Is there a state of homeostasis that one can achieve to avoid the downs of emotions like pain, stress, and fear? We’ve all heard the saying before; “Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you react to it,” but what does this mean? How can one truly see the value in this statement let alone apply it to their lives during times of adversity when it really counts?
Raise your hand if you are guilty of putting your wants and needs aside to fulfill other tasks at hand or to make sure your loved ones are taken care of first. So very often we forget about the importance of taking care of ourselves. Remember, you can’t fully give 100 percent to others without making sure you’re whole first. The most important and valuable relationship that you will ever have is with yourself. Way too often I see people putting their own care on the back burner because of other “priorities.” This year, take time to set precedence for yourself by focusing on your mind, body, and soul.
