Bowie State Return to Philadelphia for 126th Penn Relays

BOWIE, Md. – Bowie State track and field heads to Philadelphia and the historic Franklin Field for the Penn Relays. The past two years of the Penn Relays have been canceled because of COVID precautions. The Bulldogs are set to compete among the best in the nation in a variety of relay events and some individual events as well.

Bowie State will be competing in the men’s 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, 4x200m relays, sprint medley relay, and the discus.

Last Time Out

The Bulldogs competed in the Morgan State Legacy last weekend in Baltimore, Md. On the men’s side, Kenny Amaya (Bladensburg, MD) grabbed bronze in the shot put with a throwing mark of 14.34m while a plethora of Bulldogs finished top-10 in three individual events.
