Phila., Pa. (Apr. 30, 2022) — The Delaware State women’s 4×200 meter relay team captured a championship at the prestigious Penn Relays this weekend.
The Hornet team Khaliyah White Lakendra Harpe, Dianna Koger, and Aaliyah Robinson took home first place in the Penn Relays College Women’s 4×200 with a time of one-minute-39.53 seconds, edging out Miami of Ohio (1:40.24) to claim the title.
Delaware State’s winning time was also just short of the school of 1:38:55 at the 1985 Penn Relays.
The Hornets, running in the second heat, were nearly three seconds faster than second-place Central State (1:42.51) in Heat 2.
