The Forward Women’s Leadership Forum is opening its arms and its doors to women across Greater Baltimore, Maryland, and the entire DMV region for a transformational day of growth, connection, and purpose. The 8th Annual Forum, themed “If Not Now, When?”, will take place Friday, March 6, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in Columbia, Maryland.
Led by Executive Director Colette Colclough, the Forward Women’s Leadership Forum has become a trusted gathering place for more than 2,000 women seeking clarity, confidence, and community. Rooted in its four pillars—Finance, Careers, Entrepreneurship, and Health & Wellness—the Forum is celebrated for creating a warm, collaborative environment where women learn together, laugh together, and lift each other forward.
“This isn’t just an event. This is sisterhood!” says Colclough. “Women are carrying dreams, ideas, and heavy responsibilities. March 6 is where we breathe together, plan together, and remind each other that we’ve got this. We cheer you on to MOVE FORWARD.”

This year, the Forum will also elevate entrepreneurship by featuring more than 30 women-owned vendors, presented in partnership with Maker to Mogul.
