Thanks to a $50,000 grant from Amerigroup Maryland, the Franciscan Center of Baltimore has extended its services for its Dignity Plates Culinary Academy.
The program provides unemployed, substance-recovering, ex-offender and other underserved Baltimore residents with professional culinary experiences and training.
