The HR Retreat Celebrates Third Consecutive Sold-Out Experience, Strengthening Its Position as a Premier Leadership and Wellness Experience for HR Professionals 

Columbia, Maryland — The HR Retreat, the signature leadership and wellness experience created for HR professionals, has officially celebrated its third consecutive sold-out event, welcoming 70 attendees from Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware, and Virginia for a transformative day centered on strategy, community, career growth, and well-being. 

Founded by Ciera Parks, CEO of CWC HR, and Tyneka Pack, Founder and CEO of IMPACKT Fitness®, The HR Retreat was intentionally designed to reimagine what professional development can feel like for the leaders responsible for supporting everyone else.

What began as a virtual experience with 35 attendees in its inaugural year has evolved into one of the region’s most anticipated boutique HR leadership events. The retreat expanded to 50 attendees in year two, and this year’s third experience welcomed 70 HR leaders and HR-adjacent professionals, reflecting sustained momentum and increased demand for intentional spaces that blend leadership development with wellness.
