So, treat that man to something special this Sunday, or the whole weekend, depending on how special you think he is and if he deserves it. I believe many of you will be going to a grave-site to place flowers on your loved one’s grave. Some of you celebrate by going to church or having events in memory of Father’s Day. The 14th Annual Youth in the Park Talent Show hosted by R-Block Inc., Terry Tee’s Production and Woodlawn Recreation & Parks invites all area schools to participate, singing, dancers, musicians, choirs, spoken word and, soloist. It is free to the public. Vendors are welcome. The event will be held at the Woodlawn Memorial Park, located 1936 Woodlawn Dr. from 12-7 p.m. on June 22. The “AfroSoul” Festival is Saturday, June 15, 2024, located 11202 Garrison Forest Road in Owings Mills, Maryland from noon to 6 p.m. The 2nd Annual Baltimore County Afro Soul Festival is a fusion of African culture, Caribbean culture, and African American culture which has resulted in a rich and vibrant tapestry of traditions, art, music, and food. The FREE Afro Soul Festival will celebrate culture through food, music and dancing. The lineup of performers are: African drumming and dancing by Keur Khaleyi African Dance Company; all female reggae band, Strykers Posse; Caribbean & Afrobeat fitness with Mr. Big Energy; and Nigerian artist, X-One. There will be food vendors, activities for children, and something for the whole family.

Hey! Do any of you watch the Antiques Roadshow on PBS Television? Well, guess what?
