Congratulations to Tony and Patricia Brown who are celebrating their 24th wedding anniversary.

Hello everyone, Happy New Year! We are praying that 2026 be a better year. Our community lost so many family members and friends last year. I am sending out prayers and much love to those families. It is a new year. Let’s make it a better one.

The View, located at CityView, 6700 Security Blvd., will start the new year by celebrating one of my favorite groups, Palovation, which has been in business for 12 years. The event is Tuesday, January 7, from 6-10 p.m., with free admission and free parking. Congrats on your new CS “Palovation”! Again, the View is showing off, featuring live entertainment: “The Flowers, Roses & Bowties; While They’re Still Here,” featuring vocalist, “Shay” on Saturday, January 17, 5-9 p.m., 6700 Security Blvd.

Wanda Stewart, manager with her group Cross Winds. They are one of the best singing groups in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

My Godson is doing his thing again!. T-Shirt Brian is one of the baddest promoters in Baltimore. He will keep you moving and having fun. On Saturday, January 10, he will be sponsoring “The Kings of Old School Cabaret,” featuring DJ Jammon Jesse, DJ Mike Jones, and King of Line Dance Randy Dennis, from 4-10 p.m. Also included is a performance by one of Baltimore’s live bands and the group “Style.” It will be held at Forest Park Senior Center, 4801 Liberty Heights Avenue in Baltimore. Rickey Shackleford and Howard G, both renowned comedians and owners of BWT Productions, will host their Comedy Show, “Finish What We Started ” featuring Magic Mike, Queen Jackie, Kaution Cowan, Desmond Guy, and JoJo at Café 12, 5612, 5627 Reisterstown Road on Saturday, January 10 at 8 p.m. For more information, call 443-226-9157.
